Mentology as an approach is the theory and practice of operating with an individual’s mentality which has been created by Aleksey Murashov and have been widely tested over a period of more than 15 years in education, consulting, corporate management, humanitarian projects and social practices. During these years it has proved to be efficient both in its conceptual idea and in its capability for correction of mental content in any contexts.
Mentology program is a professional program addressing those who want to receive or upgrade their qualification in understanding people’s mentality (restricting mindsets and beliefs) and being able to operate with it. The fact that the mental approach is widely applicable in different segments of personal and corporate communication enables us to recommend it to specialists whose work is directly connected with dealing with people, especially:
- Business trainers and coaches
- Psychologists
- Psychiatrists and narcologists
- Managers and directors
- Small and medium business owners
- Lawyers and counselors
- Legal investigators
- PR specialists
- Advertisers and marketing people
- HR specialists
- Politicians
- Managers in other spheres
Along with that the clarity and processability of the mental approach and mentology can support the specialists, for whom communication is a professional area and part of work. As well as those who have to solve problems in interpersonal communication connected with understanding other people, their peculiar psychological states, the necessity for changes and development. The mental approach works well when all the rest, conventional ways of understanding and influencing turned out to be powerless.
The basic program consists of 4 sessions. Within the frame of each session program, the four layers of work will be explained, analyzed and kept in focus:
- Reasoning mentology (what do people think)
- Reasoning technology (the way people think)
- Mentology technology (how to change the way of reasoning?)
- Mentology practice (case studies and supervision)
In between the sessions the project participants perform practical tasks under the supervision, take part in the practical seminars on mental changes, as well as other events of the Center of Mental Technologies. The completion of the training program may lead to obtaining the Mentologist Certificate provided the qualification exam is passed.
